		During this photography session, we took photographs both indoors and outdoors. The best time for outdoor photographs is in the morning or late afternoon, when the sun is lower on the horizon. That way we avoid unflattering shadows, and there is a warm glow too. Overcast days are also excellent for photography, because we can get soft, overall light. Of course I often use reflectors or fill-in flash lighting to get the most flattering and esthetic effect. No matter what the situation is, you will always be pleased with the result.
When you call me, I can answer many of your questions at that time. After that, we can set up an appointment to meet at your home where I will be able to show you more examples of different types of photography and go into more detail about your photography session. I want to be sure that you are completely comfortable with me and what I can do for you. There is no obligation if you decide not to go ahead with a family portrait session. It is never inconvenient for me to meet with you because I truly enjoy meeting new people and being able to chat with them.

Large families can be a lot of fun for both the family and for myself as well. When we have a large family group, we may take more photographs than usual, because I want to make sure that we have a selection of photographs where every individual looks their best.

Pets are family too! If you have one or more pets, we can include them in your family portrait. Not many photographers have the patience to work with animals as they can be quite challenging. I spend as much time as needed to capture the perfect portrait of you and your pet. I love animals and have two dogs of my own and in the past have been mom to other critters as well.
